We cook in our own kitchen

All dishes – from juicy cutlets to fragrant pastries – are prepared on our own high-tech kitchen by professional chefs with love and the best recipes and technologies. We carefully follow all the sanitary rules and regulations provided for the kitchen in children’s educational institutions.

Food is under constant internal control – checked:

  • observance of sanitary and hygienic norms in all premises of the kitchen block;
  • compliance with the necessary conditions for storage and sale of products;
  • quality of ready meals.

Only fresh organic products and clean water.

Our chefs prepare all dishes exclusively from fresh organic, not frozen products.

The diet of our kids is:

  • clean water that has been filtered;
  • natural seasonal farm vegetables and fruits;
  • dietary farm meat (chicken, rabbit, turkey);
  • quality dairy products;
  • organic cereals and pasta from durum wheat;
  • extra-class olive oil;
  • tender, tasty and fresh pastries from wholemeal flour.

Products do not stay for more than 24 hours!

We take into account the individual needs of each child.

If the child needs individual nutrition, our chefs will prepare a separate menu for them.

Options for rations in our kindergarten-school:

  • diet according to the doctor’s recommendations;
  • gluten-free diet;
  • lactose-free diet;
  • vegetarian diet;
  • diet considering on allergies.
